Recovery
An important part of staying healthy outside of physical fitness is recovery. Whether its recovering from an injury or proactive recovery. Station 0 offers several amenities to aid in recovery:
- two ice baths that are set around 42 degrees
- exercise bikes
- treadmills
- massage guns
- cryotherapy and compression therapy
- dry sauna (in the works)
Brotherhood
We wanted the club to represent the atmosphere of a firehouse so that it is a home away from home for the people that use it. Not only can members come here to workout or recover but they can also spend time with there peers, off the clock and if they need to, get some stuff off their chest. Members are encouraged to use the lounge; have a cigar, drink some coffee or even have a beer with your coworkers outside of work in a positive environment.
