This program is designed as a year long program to fully develop an athlete. It is for any level of lifter from beginning to advanced looking to progress their strength, explosiveness, hyperterophy (muscular size) and overall atheltic ability. The programs consists of several phases including prep and recovery phases, which can be ran independently for those seeking specific programing or consecutively.
This program is a four week program that can be run back to back. This program is for any lifer from beginning to advanced and is design to increase an individuals muscular size and muscular endurance. This program will challenge you mentally and physically with a different person coming out the other end.
